Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy and Info.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with an RMA# and any other information you may need.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Used items are warranted for 48 hours after delivery and may be returned for a replacement or store credit at the customers dicretion. The item must be accompanied by an RMA# which can be obtained by the instructions provided above. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was when it shipped. It is GameGeekHQ, LLC's option to decline any returns not accompanied by an RMA# or items that appear to have been tampered, altered, modified, abused, or otherwise handled in way that may resulted in the products malfunction.

You should expect to receive your repacement within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time period for your replacment item to be delivered (3 to 5 business days).

We ship to the United States and outlying territories including APO's.

When you place an order, we will provide a shipping cost and an estimated delivery date for you based on the availability of your items and the ETA provided by the Shipping Service.
